Yes! Creating an account and posting listings is completely free. Premium subscriptions are optional and provide enhanced visibility for your listings.
How do I verify my account?
You can verify your account using your BVN or NIN. Go to Settings > Verification and follow the prompts. Verification builds trust with buyers and sellers.
What should I do if I suspect fraud?
Report it immediately using the "Report" button on the listing or chat. Our team will investigate. Always meet in public places and inspect items before paying.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Most listings go live immediately after posting. If your listing requires review (flagged by our AI), it may take up to 24 hours.
Can I edit my listing after posting?
Yes! Go to "My Listings" in your dashboard and click "Edit" on any listing. Changes are reflected immediately.

No, xello is a listing platform that connects buyers and sellers. All payments are made directly between parties outside the platform. We recommend meeting in person and using safe payment methods.
